Friendly staff and management, they upgrade my room to apartments — and these apartments were beautiful and comfortable. The location is good for walking around, there are some supermarkets, cafes and lovely park. Like it, will stay again

We had some misunderstanding regarding our arrival but the staff was extraordinary flexible for our late night check in and prepared our arrival with Mićo security guy giving us a warm welcome. The food was delicious and drinks were just on point. It's much more affordable to eat there and then go to the city rather than be looking around Belgrade for affordable options if you're travelling on a budget. You have a kafana right next to the hotel if you're looking for a full fledged balkan kafana experience. There was more than enough parking places to accomodate the cars of the guests being there. The staff will give you good recommendations for places to visit and stuff to do. And also they were up for a chit chat anytime if you were looking for a way to socialize on your travel. I enjoyed the suburbian vibes without much hastle and Belgrade was a 15ish minutes car ride away which was just what I was looking for.

מלון הריטג׳ (Hotel Heritage) הוא מלון בוטיק הממוקם בסביבה יוקרתית ומודרנית בבלגרד, ומוקף בפארק ובצמחייה. The location is perfect. Bus stop is 100 m from hotel which will take you to Trg Republike. All staffs were friendly, from the receptionist who helped me with direction and other information, breakfast attendants who always filled my flusk with hot water, roof top waiter who was very nice, shuttle drivers who were friendly, and house keeping staffs who kept the room immaculate. Food was great, both at breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Room was adequate and clean. I will surely stay here again when in Belgrade.

I stay here every time I am in Serbia and it really feels like home. It is so clean, nice, parking is right next to it, beds are massive and the staff is so kind and great breakfast. I like that the bathroom gels change every year. It was Rituals this time. Hopefully we will be back :)

Absolutely fantastic stay. All the staff is exceptional polite and kind. Rooms are very good. SPA is working until 23:00. At breakfast you can find everything you need without exception. Parking place for cars. Clean and warm everywhere. Staff help you with everything about the city tours.
