Iliana, the owner is a unique person. She is very helpful. We had an appartment on the highest floor and I had a backpain. Seems to be incompatible. In most hotels without a lift, it would be the case. But not at Iliana´s place! She did not hesitate a moment to bring our luggage upstairs and the day of departure, she was again there to help. She also prepares any food one wishes, and it was very tasty. Even though she was always busy, Iliana never lost her patience and listened carefully to my "broken" Bulgarian. To cut a long story short, it is worth to stay at Iliana´s place just to get to know her!
