Three House Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Funchal. Three House Hotel was the perfect spot for our honeymoon, right in the old center, near the cable car, the market. It is lovely looking, very spacious and clean, with all the amenities one would need. The rooftop is the cherry on top. :) The staff is more than happy to help you with everything you need. I surely recommend it!

This restored Madeiran mansion is located 900 metres from Funchal's Old Town and has scenic views of the sea, the city and the mountains from its own botanical gardens and terraces. We missed our connection flight and arrived to the hotel in the middle of the night. Despite the time, Nuno welcomed us with a smile and very patient explanations and made the start of our trip in Madeira very pleasant. Also the rest of the staff was very nice, attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel's garden is gorgeous and has a nice panoramic view of the sea and was the perfect place for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with large variety. It is highly recommended.

Attractively situated in Funchal, Living Funchal iNN is a recently renovated apartment, which features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Wonderful stay! Super clean condo with everything I needed including cookware, plates, laundry detergent, and some basic toiletries. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and water pressure was great. I used the washer/dryer combo which was great to have in unit. The condo is located 50 meters from a grocery store, which is very convenient. Also nearby is an ATM, shops, restaurants and cafes - right in the heart of downtown Funchal. The property manager was very helpful/responsive. I paid for parking and it was worth it - great, private lot. There is an elevator in the building which is good for luggage. And the area/building were very quiet. I was on the street side and barely heard anything outside. Highly recommend. Will stay here again if in Funchal.

1.9 km from Almirante Reis Beach, Atlântico Azul is a recently renovated property set in Funchal and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. I liked everything, it was clean and cossy apartment, in the good position.

Casal da Penha Apartments offers accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Funchal, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

Perfect stay in the city center of Machico. Jacqueline was available and reactive to our messages especially when we had to add a night because of flight issues. The flat is well furnished with new equipments and there is a shared laundry and patio. All restaurants and activities are within 3mn walk Thanks

Boasting a rooftop pool and views of mountain, Blue House is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ponta do Sol, 70 metres from Lugar de Baixo Beach. The best place for vacation. Everything was very clean. The room has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The owner is a very good and pleasant person. I recommend this hotel💕

Located in Porto Moniz and only 4.6 km from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools, CASA CAROTO provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, comfy beds, gorgeous view. The host went above and beyond with providing us with things - laundry detergent, apples and bananas, bottle of wine, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Excellent!!

Situated in Funchal, 1.3 km from Almirante Reis Beach and 300 metres from the centre, Social Lodge - Happiness features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a terrace. Our hosts were very kind and even gave us suggestions regarding transportation and nearby attractions! The apartment is in a great location, right next door to shopping center and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful downtown area. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay.

Situated in Funchal and only 500 metres from Almirante Reis Beach, Apartments Madeira Barreirinha features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The staff was amazing. Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!
